There are those who put the dealership first and those that value the customer. The latter serves the dealership far better. My 2015 Toyota Highlander is my third new vehicle from Auto Nation and my 4th that value the customer. The latter serves the dealership far better. My 2015 Toyota Highlander is my third new vehicle from Auto Nation and my 4th Toyota. It is through the efforts of Customer Service people like Shelley Kroegman which keeps me coming back to Auto Nation. My recent service of oil change along with complete detailing of my vehicle took far less time than when I had this service last year. Why? because Shelley took the time to make sure it was right the first time. Service Managers would be well served to take note of my message if you want me to return as your customer.
