I had a 3:15 appointment for 15,000 mile service and oil change, vehicle was checked into the system at 3:29. Service rep explained that the service would take 2-2 1/2 hours. I was back in my car at 5:30. More

I had 15K mile checkup w oil change. They didn’t tighten oil plug and oil leaked all over my driveway at new house. Was told manager would call. Haven’t heard a word. Horrible experience More
