this is a review of the Service Department only. I would give it a zero if I can. One star is way too generous. Standard 25000 mile oil change and tire rotation should not take more than 21/2 hour I would give it a zero if I can. One star is way too generous. Standard 25000 mile oil change and tire rotation should not take more than 21/2 hour wait. "specialist" never come and keep me appraised, never tell me that they are busy and will be slow today. I have to go to his desk and inquire twice and he tries to argue with me that this is a normal wait. I asked for Manager to come talk to me, he says he contacted Delrey Sander but he never came. The customer service is so poor, wait is so long and I can't even discuss issues with the manager. You guys do not deserve any further business from me. To think this is my 8th Toyota and 3 with you guys. No MORE. This seems to be a chronic issues that never get resolved. A sign of your company that dosen't give a xxxx about their customers, just keep pressure selling. This review will be posted in all other social media. More
