I did their thing to obtain an offer for my truck. What a joke! Took them nearly a day and a half to manage that simple task. If i could give the service department a 0 % i would. Anthony was rude right off the bat. We did are calling of our warranty before hand. We dont drive this truck much at all its basically parked in our garage so unfortunately we didnt notice the damage until months later. But when replacing what they replaced and all automotive shops know you have to take the hole dash out out. Well they left cuts in my dash chips out of the plastic getting the dash out. And missing pieces and clips. When we called after noticing all this. They said we didnt do any work that would need to take your dash out. And when we asked for before and after pictures which most and I mean most shops do now days to cover there xxxxx on stuff like this. They said oh we dont do before and after pictures. Just be careful. More
