ON 05/03/2025 WE WENT TO BUY A CAR, AFFTER TALKING WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT TO FINANCE AT 4.87 INTEREST AND WE BOUGT, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE FIRST SUPER HIGH PAYMENT, WHEN WE CALLED THE TOYOTA BANK THEY CAME TO AN AGREEMENT TO FINANCE AT 4.87 INTEREST AND WE BOUGT, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE FIRST SUPER HIGH PAYMENT, WHEN WE CALLED THE TOYOTA BANK THEY TOLD US THAT THE INTEREST WAS 5.89, MY PEOPLE THAT IS CALLED A SCAM, WE WENT TO TOYOTA TODAY AND TO OUR AMAZEMENT THEY GAVE US A PAPER WITH MY HUSBAND'S SIGNATURE THAT SAYS THE INTEREST IS 5.87, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT THEY USED THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND PUT IT ON THAT PAPER WITH ANOTHER INTEREST THAT WAS NOT THE AGREED ONE, WE EVEN FOUND OUT THAT THE FINANCIER WHO MADE THE CONTRACT WAS REMOVED FROM THE TOYOTA, THE MANAGER TREATED US VERY BADLY AND WHEN I WENT TO LEAVE THE CAR KEYS SHE WAS GOING TO THROWW THEM OUT THE DOOR, LADIES DO NOT BE FOOLED THE TOYOTA DEALER OF FORT MYERS IS SHAMELESSLY SCAMMING PEOPLE More

On 05/03/2025 we went to buy a car, after talking we came to an agreement to finance at 4.87 interest and we bought, yesterday I received the first super high payment, when we called the Toyota bank they tol to an agreement to finance at 4.87 interest and we bought, yesterday I received the first super high payment, when we called the Toyota bank they told us that the interest was 5.89, my people that is called a scam, we went to Toyota today and to our amazement they gave us a paper with my husband's signature that says the interest is 5.87, I don't know what they did but they used the electronic signature and put it on that paper with another interest that was not the agreed one, we even found out that the financier who made the contract was removed from the Toyota, the manager treated us very badly and when I went to leave the car keys she told me that she was going to throw them out the door, ladies do not be fooled, the Toyota Dealer of Fort Myers is shamelessly scamming people More

Two days ago I came in to lookat a dodge Durango. I wasn't pre approved for a loan from Suncoast credit union. The used car salesman told me they are owed millions by my bank and does not use them. The time had dome for us to do a vehicle upgrade. We decided on getting a low-mile pre-pandemic RAV4 because of the issues that multiple manufacturers have had with new vehicles. I am very particular about what I want in a car (color, features, trim, etc.), and I found a very close match at AutoNation Toyota. Even though we live almost 600 miles away, it was worth the journey there. Our salesperson, Roberta Billing, worked with me on most of the details even before I made the trip to ensure that everything would be easy once I arrived. She even picked me up at the RSW airport and gave me a ride in. She is quite knowledgeable of Toyota's products and was able to answer my questions, even the more detailed ones. She also was able to arrange financing on surprisingly good terms. She had no problem with me wanting to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a local garage and the RAV4 I wanted was exactly as advertised. Completing the final paperwork was a straightforward process, and I had any questions addressed to my satisfaction. I was done in 4 hours (2 of them were just waiting on and getting the inspection), and I was on my way home. A long drive will reveal any car's quirks, but the RAV4 I purchased was a very pleasant ride home. I am looking forward to many years of reliable service from it!
