Took my vehicle in for a regular service and the young lady Stephanie was very helpful and efficient. It didn’t take more than 10mins to check in and drop off my car. Once the service was completed she ca lady Stephanie was very helpful and efficient. It didn’t take more than 10mins to check in and drop off my car. Once the service was completed she called me and I went to pick it up. It didn’t take more than 10mins to be out of there. Overall I was satisfied. Quick in and out and I was done. More
David Kwon( service Dept advisor )was awesome in explaining what would be performed on my vehicle for the required maintenance, recall and puncture in the left rear tire that was loosing air and had explaining what would be performed on my vehicle for the required maintenance, recall and puncture in the left rear tire that was loosing air and had to be replaced . I would buy a vehicle but not get it serviced there. Went in for 25000 mile service for approximately $51.00 and left with a $523.00 bill. Hard to believe that a new vehicle a little over a year old with a little over 25000 miles would need this kind of service. I got the complimentary service oil changes, but doubt I will bring it back for service at the dealership even though it is complimentary. Purchasing the vehicle, I had no complaints but the service department I question. Also for the prior service, when I picked up the vehicle, someone at the dealership, put it in 4 wheel drive. When I picked it up and the porter was driving it out, even he commented that it seems something is wrong with the parking brake because it was skidding while it was being driven. When I got in the vehicle, it was then when I noticed that someone possibly the mechanic turned the knob putting it in 4 wheel drive probably when it was being driven. Again the purchase was fine but very dissatisfied with the service department. More
Despite the fact that my advisor never called me for an update on what was going on with my car and my car ended up staying over night due to it I’m still pleased with Cerritos Toyota service. I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have always received good service, mistakes happen but I’m still highly satisfied. The more frustrating part was actually calling and asking for an update and repeatedly getting transferred with no answer and no response or call back to my voicemail. Eventually I ended up driving to the dealer to get an answer as to what was going on with my car, not being able to get through by phone was the more upsetting part. As I said thou I’m still satisfied with this dealer and would recommend, this is the first hiccup in all the years I’ve coming here. More
