The dealership is fine but from the time you make the appointment to the time that you are done is the worst. Someone calls to remind you about the appointment more than once. They text me to remind me appointment to the time that you are done is the worst. Someone calls to remind you about the appointment more than once. They text me to remind me about the appointment and they email me to remind me about the appointment at least 3 times in between and then while I am sitting waiting on my car being serviced someone calls me to see if I want to trade in my car!! It is a total OVERKILL!! I want to say STOP BUGGING ME! More

The service is standard for any dealership. Extremely long wait times at this particular location, even when there are no cars lined up for service! You can see Toyota associates walking around "milking the clock", But the most egregious and blatant disingenuous service is the shuttle service!! You sign-up and wait longer than it takes for your car to be serviced. I've had the misfortune of having to use this service during my last two visit's and its always the same. The driver was the same and Its some what obvious based on rising fuel cost he is NOT to be shuttling people as quickly and efficiently as possible. Big disappointment at this location... More
