Usually I bring my truck for service and my visits have been every 4 or 5 months, always have to spend 2 or 3 hours there. This time as i was leaving the service area, i realized their crew damaged the p been every 4 or 5 months, always have to spend 2 or 3 hours there. This time as i was leaving the service area, i realized their crew damaged the passenger window on my truck. When returned to the check in area, they had ne waiting for 20 minutes before someone came over just to tell me that i had to wait again 2 or 3 hours in order to get a diagnostic on the window. Instead of helping me out, the advisor told me that the window had a problem prior driving in...I hat how they take a lot of our time and still have an arrogant attitude like if we were begging for charity or something. WE ARE THE BUSINESS, AND THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT WITHOUT US THEY WILL GO DOWN. More
