I enjoy bringing my Wife's Toyota Rav4 to Auto Nation Cerritos, Ca. My wife usually brings the car in for the oil change but, every now and then she put it on my honeydew list. I arrived around 0630 hours this morning making me the first drive in (No Appointment) Vehicle. When the business opened, I was contacted by Agent Carlos who immediately got me in under 12 minutes which included the paperwork order with the estimated time of delivery. Durning this process Agent Carlos was Kind, Courteous and Professional explaining the procedures that was going to be conducted during the maintenance on the vehicle. If at all possible, My wife or myself prefer to be assigned to Agent Carlos Lopez on are next schedule maintenance for the vehicle. Mr. J. Parks More
Went to the dealer for oil change. Came early before appointment time. 9:30am. Was approached by associate Miguel. He suggested change of fluid besides changing oil. After awhile he said needed for 30 minutes. He was nice and apologetic for the delay and gave me a gas card. More

Unfortunately, my oil change service was incomplete and I did not want to move forward in having it completed on Saturday, 6/3/2023 after all. We had a 7:40am scheduled oil change service appointment and did not want to move forward in having it completed on Saturday, 6/3/2023 after all. We had a 7:40am scheduled oil change service appointment and arrived at service at 7:30am. My service advisor was supposedly Nathalie Mendez, but Paul insisted on assisting us. Near two hours of waiting, we noticed our vehicle was still sitting at the outside corner. My son and I then approached Paul and asked him, “why is my car still outside when my appointment was at 7:40am and the time was already 9:15am?” His first response and impression was, “ummm I helped you?,” along with a confused look on his face. He then looked through his papers and stated to us, “I have you pull in for 9:15am - 9:30am.” I then said, “what is the point of my appointment at 7:40am when your telling me my car is scheduled to go in at 9:15am - 9:30am?” Then he goes on saying, “it’s a Saturday and it’s always the busiest. We’re the biggest service and dealership here,” (which I believe that statement was irrelevant). He kept going on and on to the point where I was trying to get my words in so that I could get some understanding and clarification, but he kept talking over me, which was very frustrating, rude and no customer service at all. So then I decided to get my keys back and leave without my service being completed. If I had waited at 9:15am - 9:30am to have my vehicle finally pull in, I would have been there for another two hours or so and would’ve left there about 11:30am - 12:00pm. That did not make sense to me! And if that’s the case, the efficiency and system of cars going in and out doesn’t make any sense of setting an appointment in the first place. We all know Saturday’s are always the busiest and that’s why we always make an appointment whether it’s a weekday or weekend instead of walking in. But never once at any other dealership service nor in the past with Toyota of Cerritos have we experienced a wait time of 3-5 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). This comes to us at a surprise because Toyota of Cerritos is usually our go-to for an oil change or car purchase. We had an outstanding, customer friendly service with Nathalie Mendez the last time we were there which made us want to return. Unfortunately, Paul’s customer service has really made a bad impression on himself and Toyota of Cerritos, which will prevent us from returning. More
I would have rated you a 5 because your assistance Daniel was honest, attentive and prompt with his service. He has great customer service skills. However, I rated a 4 due to the cashiers.
