Not very satisfied. I had an 8am appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, which took 3 hours!! Not 1 call to let me know what the status was on my service, or how much longer I would have to wait, instead I had to go look for the person that helped me to find out how much longer I would have to wait. My truck was at the dealership for about 4-5months. When they finished it was filthy. The tab was $7,100. I was given an estimate of $5,100. Went in for regular maintenance. Oil change and inspection with NO tire rotation. Not only should they have known not to, and they knew not to previous times, i specifically told th Oil change and inspection with NO tire rotation. Not only should they have known not to, and they knew not to previous times, i specifically told them NO tire rotation due to staggered wheels. They rotated my tires and on top of that overreved my car in their garage and overtorqued my wheels on top of it all. The service department was closed when I saw my tires. I needed my vehicle the next morning at 6am, in my drive my wheels hit my fenders and bent the inner side. All the dealership could do or say was sorry. More
