I had a very consistent car problem that no other mechanic was able to solve. I was told it was best to take it to the dealer. I’m glad I listened! I brought it to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos on June 23rd and they fixed it, and a month later it broke down again. On July 23rd I brought it in again for the same issue and they fixed it for the 2nd time, unfortunately it broke down again on August 23rd. For the 3rd time I took it they went the extra mile and found the culprit! My car had a bad electrical wire that was damaged by some body work that was done a few months back. I’m great full for the dedication and attention that was given to fix my vehicle. Thank you AutoNation Toyota Cerritos team! More
When it comes to sales I bought my car and brought 3 more customers after. I was a happy customer untill ny last visit to service my car. David was not friendly and kind of grumpy. He even repremanded me for pulling my credit card too early 2 times. Also told him i didn't need alignment because i get it elsewhere and he was kind of snappy and said well i can only see what you had done in toyota. Most unfriendly guy I have met. Hope I dont ever have him as a service advisor again.. or i might take my buisness elsewhere! More
