My auto's catalytic converter was stolen. Auto was towed and stored at dealership for months while waiting for parts. I found auto was damaged while there. The tire light was on, and I was told that it was because it was sitting for months at dealership, but light continued to go on and taking it to tire company found a nail in the tire where the door was damaged. It was a really bad experience for me and my wife. First, the shuttle took more than an hour to be available to give us a courtesy ride back home.
