I was greeted by a service representative promptly and was able to relay my service needs concisely. I was informed of service options available for this appointment. What really helped me was the service rep printing out future service options as I was approaching 120,000 miles requirements. Honest, friendly, and prompt service is greatly appreciated. More
I bought Toyota for reliability but I'm not impressed with their customer service to this point. Initially while looking at the vehicle that I eventually bought, I was told it could be washed and filled with their customer service to this point. Initially while looking at the vehicle that I eventually bought, I was told it could be washed and filled with gas. After paperwork was signed and I received my keys, I went out to vehicle and saw that it hadn't been washed or filled with gas. I went back inside, found my salesperson and mentioned that the gas hadn't been filled. She said it was denied because it was a used vehicle, not a new one. $47k plus interest and I can't get one free fillup! Also, that purchase price included an extended warranty and maintenance package. But the first time I take it in to be serviced, Toyota comes back with services recommended that cost over $1k. Why wasn't this inspection done serviced before I bought the vehicle? I bought it late August 22 and now in early December 22, I'm already being quoted over 1k cost that warranty or maintenance package doesn't cover! I feel like I was taken advantage of to a degree! Not so much by the people helping me but by Toyota's business practices. More
