The service dept continues to be very frustrating. I dropped my truck off and explained everything to the service associated. Wrong phone number… never called with an update… incomplete repairs… didn’t apply service plan until AFTER I reminded them (even though it was communicated previously) This is not the first time this has happened. It’s a recurring issue. And even when I tell them that when I drop the truck off. It continues to happen. I’m stuck because it’s still under warranty. So have to take it to a dealer. Not happy. More
Every time I went there I had a good experience, but this time when I wanted to fix the recall on my Camry 2018, the first time I had an appointment in the afternoon, they said they need a whole day to fix i time when I wanted to fix the recall on my Camry 2018, the first time I had an appointment in the afternoon, they said they need a whole day to fix it and I was returned, the second time when I went in the morning 8.15 am they worked on my vehicle and in the afternoon they said they don't have parts to fix it completely. Now, this will be my third time visiting them when the parts arrive. My question is why even book an appointment when you guys know what the recall is about and if you lack the parts? It contributes to the experience the customer has at a dealership. More

I came in to buy a new Toyota and all went well then was advised that my new truck included the Toyota service plan but then tried to get service and was unable to schedule service due to they are at least advised that my new truck included the Toyota service plan but then tried to get service and was unable to schedule service due to they are at least 2 months out an should check around so I did and it cost me well over 130$ on my next service I called again got a appointment for 4 weeks out and asked for someone to call me back a nice lady called I don’t remember her name but she set me an appointment and stated I would be meeting with a GM to review the money I had to put out she stated that i should not have, i showed for my apt and my advisor had me talk to another advisor that pretty much told me to bad and he was the only one i could talk too and I should have went to another dealer for the org service. I don’t really use names on these unless they are good things. I just think the advisor I talk with should find some kind of compassion with the public. The advisor that did help me that Saturday was amazing as he cared and I understood he could not say anything other then let the uncompassionate advisor talk and even made him feel uncomfortable.
