My ask is that your agents make it a point to explain the work that was done to the car after service. Don't just had me a paper . Grease xxxxxx and Christian brothers explains into detail what work was done on your car why not Autonation ? Plus I sent an email to raya@autonation.com requesting an itemized bill 4 days ago and have not heard back . That is how you can resolve the issue. By having your agents actually showing they care and having your agent send me an itemized bill
