I received a letter for free multi point checkup for my newly bought 2017 Corolla. So I did setup an appointment and took the car. I waited for 1 hour and they did not do any multi point checkup. All the newly bought 2017 Corolla. So I did setup an appointment and took the car. I waited for 1 hour and they did not do any multi point checkup. All the did was the visual inspection of tires. They said that they topped off the fluids. Later I checked and realized that they did not do that either. It is a waste of time. More
I recently took my Highlander in for a recall repair. Delership is organized and friendly. They provide a comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, drinks, and vending machines. No complaints. Walked aroun Delership is organized and friendly. They provide a comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, drinks, and vending machines. No complaints. Walked around the used car lot while I was there. Fairly good selection, and all of the vehicles on the lot looked good. Clearly they are still fighting post-pandemic issues, since they only had 1 Highlander out there. But they had a lot of 4-runners! More
Mr. Ferris was thorough in listening to my concerns and in addressing each of my concerns. I was notified regularly of the wait time. I felt like I was in good hands. I appreciated the dealership having a shuttle take me home and pick me up when my 2021 RAV4 Prime had received its free 20000 mile service and had its HEV CPU reprogramed due to a safety recall which too home and pick me up when my 2021 RAV4 Prime had received its free 20000 mile service and had its HEV CPU reprogramed due to a safety recall which took about 4.5 hours to complete. I came in because my battery was bad. While traveling in North Carolina, the original battery in my 2013 Corolla failed. I purchased what they told me was a lifetime battery. Turns out While traveling in North Carolina, the original battery in my 2013 Corolla failed. I purchased what they told me was a lifetime battery. Turns out it was an 84 month battery purchased in October of 2019, so AutoNation prorated the amount of time on the warranty. The first thing the tech told me was false. "You got this batter on the original warranty." False. The warranty was long expired when I purchased the battery. Had I been smart I would have asked them to button it up and headed to O'Reilly. Instead I paid $174.88 minus a meager veteran discount that got it down to $165 or so, and got another 84 month battery that only lasted 38 months before. So, no, I'm not happy with what I got and how it was handled. I purchased this are at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe new in 2013. More
