I was surprised and delighted to see a kid-friendly play area (with walls and a DOOR!) Anytime I don't have to find a babysitter to run my errands, it's a major plus. Mike went over and above to assure that what I needed for service was correct. But, $190 to replace a tire sensor, which I felt should have been covered under my extended warranty, I feel is overpriced. An service was correct.
