My first time at the dealership and was super impressed with everyone I interacted with, the efficiency and the physical building. I felt well taken care of. My service advisor, Tony Ray, is the best!!! with everyone I interacted with, the efficiency and the physical building. I felt well taken care of. My service advisor, Tony Ray, is the best!!! More
Bought my original Camry here in 2003 and ever since then have had my cars serviced here. Very happy with how your people have advised me over the years on necessary repairs and care of the car-- that then have had my cars serviced here. Very happy with how your people have advised me over the years on necessary repairs and care of the car-- that 2003 Camry was still going strong in 2017 and would have gone at least another 5 years, but I was T-boned and car was totaled. But I bought another Camry and still going to your service center. More
I took my vehicle in for the scheduled maintenance that was included in my Toyota Care packed with the purchase of my new vehicle, which I purchased from this location. The lady that checked me in was nic was included in my Toyota Care packed with the purchase of my new vehicle, which I purchased from this location. The lady that checked me in was nice, and set appropriate expectations on the timeline to complete. The checkout process left a lot to be desired. The service manager that checked me out all but threw a pen in my direction and pointed and told me to 'sign here' and that all looked good. In the past I was given a brief rundown of the service that was performed, any findings (i.e. things that may need to be addressed) and asked if I had any questions. Is it because I'm female? Is it because this service was 'free'? I was made to be felt like he couldn't be bothered. After signing, I was handed my keys and pointed to the general direction of my vehicle. Walking up to it I noticed the large, numbered hanging tag on the rearview mirror, which was odd, that had always been removed in the past, but didn't think anything of it. When I got in, the oily paper mat used by techs to protect my floor mats was still there as well. Don't worry Toyota, I'll take care of your trash! I keep my vehicle clean, and it definitely was not returned how I dropped it off. Driving away I looked up at the new sticker on the windshield that lets you know when your next service is due, and in the date field in ineligible scribble it just said 'thanks'. Yeah, thanks indeed. At least the milage was filled in. Halfway home I received a text with two pictures of filters that needed to be addressed, I guess I'll take care of those too. The only reason I gave two stars is because the lady that initially helped was pleasant, otherwise I would have rated just one. DO BETTER! I’d appreciate being treated as the valuable customer I am to Toyota. We own several Toyotas and have purchased and traded in several cars to this specific dealership. We’ve even moved further away, and still commute to this location, but am certainly considering going elsewhere, both for service, and future purchases. More
Every time I take my car in for repairs, I receive excellent customer service. Fast, friendly, with top-notch communication skills. Cole, Assistant Service Manager, texted me about my repairs when I excellent customer service. Fast, friendly, with top-notch communication skills. Cole, Assistant Service Manager, texted me about my repairs when I could not answer my phone & even texted me again when a part came in today that I need for another repair. Michelle, our shuttle driver, was also great. She went above & beyond by picking us up even though the service center had closed. She then walked us to the front desk to make sure we could get our keys & receipts. She was so warm & friendly the whole time. Car repairs are generally stressful, but the employees at ANTA make the whole experience as smooth as possible & even pleasant. I appreciate you all so much! More
I bought my 2018 RAV4 here and until recently had mostly positive experiences with the service department. April 2023 I brought it in for an oil change and they also suggested an alignment and tire rotation positive experiences with the service department. April 2023 I brought it in for an oil change and they also suggested an alignment and tire rotation to which I agreed. I later received a text saying that the right rear lower control arm was bent and the repair would cost $2120 and parts were 3 to 5 days out, but the vehicle would be fine to drive. I didn’t have the money at that time, so I decided I would schedule it later. After getting it back I noticed that it handled worse than before I took it in, even the slightest bump made the vehicle lurch to the side. Then at the start of May, I noticed the right rear tire was wearing unevenly and was pretty much bald. I called to schedule the repair, but neither the service or parts department had any records of the parts needed. After a day of back and forth, the parts department determined the parts needed and ordered them, but now the repair would be $2300. That was Tuesday, May 30th. In the weeks that followed, when I was able to actually get someone on the phone, I was told that the parts were on back order with no ETA. When I last spoke to the parts department the first week of July, they were estimating September. Out of frustration I checked with the Big O Tires near me to see if they could do the repair sooner, and I’m glad I did. They informed me that not only was the control arm not bent, but they were able to do the alignment. Now the car handles like new, no lurching. I’m not sure what the Toyota service department did to my car during that visit in April to screw up the alignment, but they lost me as a customer. More
