The service rep listened well to my concerns and repeated them all back to me before I left. All of the service needs were taken care of except my faulty tire light. I asked for it to be fixed and was told i them all back to me before I left. All of the service needs were taken care of except my faulty tire light. I asked for it to be fixed and was told it would be. When I got my truck back at the end of the day, the light was still flashing (indicating a faulty sensor). I went back in and told the service rep that it was not fixed and she said I would have to leave a note for the original service rep as he was gone for the day. A little frustrating since it was something I specifically mentioned and he told me was being diagnosed when he called midday to update me. I now have to find another day that I can go without a vehicle so it can be fixed. When the service rep got back to me about it he apologized and said the tech thought it was “just a slow sensor and it would turn off once it registered that the tires were all good but that I could bring it in next week and they would fix it.” The work they did do was well done. There was nothing unexpected. The estimate was accurate. Overall, I will take my truck back there. More
