We brought in our 2025 Toyota Camry today due to a message we received via the Toyota app. Looks like we may have discovered a brand new situation. We recognize excellent customer service when we see it. She made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Austin castell was very nice and informative in the service dept. My 1st time here. Place is large people friendly. Finance dept. is horrible and I will not buy a car here again. I recently visited AutoNation Toyota - Arapahoe for a battery issue, and I had a great experience. The representative, Alex, was fantastic at explaining what needed to be done and provided a clear breakd battery issue, and I had a great experience. The representative, Alex, was fantastic at explaining what needed to be done and provided a clear breakdown of potential costs in case a replacement was necessary. Fortunately, my battery was in good condition, so I wasn’t charged for any work. What really stood out was Alex’s communication—he kept me informed every step of the way and even called me when I missed his text to let me know the car was ready for pick-up. The scheduling was easy, I was totally take about an hour. It took about an hour, and I’m very happy with the work that was done. Just had my 10k service accomplished. Due to various circumstances, I had to change it 3 times and with each change it was easily accomplished.
