I bought my GMC Acadia Limited about 6 months ago. Bought a maintenance plan. First oil change was a disaster. Second oil change was a much better experience but still frustrating. Service people walking aro a maintenance plan. First oil change was a disaster. Second oil change was a much better experience but still frustrating. Service people walking around some on the phone 2 people walked walked up at different times saying someone will be right with you. It took 3 hrs each time I had an oil change and a month to for scheduling. At least this time the service guy told me why it takes so long and gave me ideas on how to possibly remedy a quicker time. Love love love my car but service center could use some help. More

HORRIBLE experience with the service center. They had my truck for 2 weeks. Wouldn't even order the parts before they knew insurance would pay. It is my job to worry about the funds. I was told several times how they wouldn't give me the truck until they received payment. Never expected to but fix it first and then I will pay. Really disappointed and felt bullied. I will not be taken my truck there for service again or buy from them. Even oil changes take hours. Just awful More

I came in for a basic oil change, appointment was at 3:15 got in a little earlier. Got checked in and service writer said it would be a hour and half to two hours. I asked if I could get it done a little q got in a little earlier. Got checked in and service writer said it would be a hour and half to two hours. I asked if I could get it done a little quicker as I had an appointment later that evening. Service writer said he would put on paper that I was waiting and he would put a rush on it. Truck didn't get even pulled in till 4:15 when I went out to check on the status. I stood in the service drive for a couple minutes and went back into the waiting room. Sat there for about 20 min and went back out. Team was just finishing up the service, closed the hood and truck just sat there. Team was messing around for a good 5 min before I approached the writers desk, writer on phone and asked him if I could pay no as I was in a hurry. He barely knew who I was and went back to grab paperwork. Took him nearly 10 min to write up the report I presumed to pay and not even a thanks or have a good day. Probably the last time I use Auto Nation for services. More
