While the vehicle was in their possession, they broke the rearview mirror from the glass breaking the windshield, and they will not replace the glass. The technician did not know how to loosen the adjustable rearview mirror from the glass breaking the windshield, and they will not replace the glass. The technician did not know how to loosen the adjustable grill guard so he cut the bolts off and now if I need to add wiper fluid I need two wrenches to undo the bolts they replaced the original equipment with. This is her trying to fix. More

I was a "walk-in", due to a bad tire. The Service staff not only ordered a new tire, they also took care of my most current 5,000-mile checkup on the spot, & did excellent work. I would recommend the Arapahoe Toyota dealership in centennial, Colorado to anyone with car needs. Everyone I had contact with, especially Anthony, was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant centennial, Colorado to anyone with car needs. I felt as tho I was treated as an important customer not as a (just a dumb woman) talk down to ignorant car owner. Anthony did everything he could to keep the cost down while giving everything my car needed to be 100%.
