I bought a pre-paid oil change maintenance plan when I bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I wen bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I went they lied right to my face too. Asked how many oil changes I had left on my plan and they said I used all of them up and my plan was over. Just yesterday I got a card in the mail saying I have 5 free oil changes to go in my plan. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! More

This time my service technician told me that the part was replaced from a recall because it was needed, but when I got home and looked at the printout, it stated that it was not needed and wasn’t replaced. I am not sure they even performed the required maintenance. It was just a rotate for my first service of 5k miles and the tech didn’t even fill the tires with air. They were all at 31 psi and requ maintenance. It was just a rotate for my first service of 5k miles and the tech didn’t even fill the tires with air. They were all at 31 psi and required 36 psi.Tried to tell me the TPMS is off by 5 pounds of pressure. Had to go back to get air put in tires. At this point I probably will not be returning to this dealer, if they can’t even handle a simple rotate and fill up tires with air. I did purchase the extended warranty with them that requires me to take it to them, will be looking into canceling that warranty. My vehicle wasn’t washed ether which is a first, whenever I have taken any vehicle to get work done it was returned washed. More
