Probably my worst experience at this dealership. I came in for a 40k service on my RAV4 and discovered that there were several items that were not completed on my vehicle from last visit when my car was st in for a 40k service on my RAV4 and discovered that there were several items that were not completed on my vehicle from last visit when my car was still under warranty, but now that my car was not and I’d have to pay out of pocket, they were overdue. Definitely made me feel doped. The service also took nearly 5 hours when I was told 2-3. Not an enjoyable amount of time to spend in a waiting area. I also did not appreciate the disregard to the local mask mandate. Signs were up throughout the facility stating that masks were required, yet not a single employee was wearing a mask. I have normally enjoyed my experiences at Autonation. But this time really left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Technician stated in the paperwork that my four tires were inflated at 36psi Yet when I picked up my truck they were at 30-32-32-33. Well, neither of these two things were done Do I wonder , did technician actually change the oil? Oil filter? Or rotated my tires? Or anything else stated in the paperwork? More

Went in for 10,000 mile maintenance. Service was performed as told. Took 2 hours which I thought after having an appt scheduled was very long wait.
