This visit was the result of failure to start when the starter button was activated. It was caused by a battery failure, or really two. The second was a new battery I installed from NAPA that appears to have sat on the shelf too long and became defective despite assurances from the salesperson that is was in top condition. I had to be “towed”, at great expense, to AutoNation Arapahoe. They installed a second “new” battery, checked and tested the entire starting system and sent me on way after a very expensive and protracted problem. More
Made an appointment to replace a tire and they didn’t even have the tire in stock…they let me drop the car off and everything and didn’t say anything. I scheduled a service appointment for my daughter’s Corolla last Friday, the 17th at 12:15pm. She attempted to drop it off, but was told an appointment did not exist. Anthony was not very receptive to her and it was not a good experience for her as a 17 year old. It took 3 hours for the vehicle to be completed. If this continues I will look elsewhere for service even before the service agreement is expired. I need to be able to be comfortable sending my daughter to your dealership and know she will get taken care of. More
