When I approached one, he seemed annoyed and bothered that I was asking for help and then referred me to someone else. Luckily, the woman who helped me knew how to give good customer service and kept me informed as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. It seems to me that they could use customer service training to at least greet customers when they come in even if it's just to let them know they will be helped soon. More

They were quick to service my car and had it ready for when I showed up to pick it up. I opted in for text message updates and was told I could communicate with my service manager. I received a text message that it was done, but didn't receive a response back when I asked which services were completed. I was just sent a picture of my care. it's a 2022 Camry that I bought from them, no one went over when the next scheduled warranty service needed to be scheduled, and what services they would do at that time. The sticker in my winder for the next oil change wasn't legible and looked like scribbles. I couldnt make out the date or mileage for the next oil change and they stuck it like 8 inches from the top of the windshiled 5 inches in from the side, which put it right in my line of view. It wasn't placed it the top left corner. Becuase of the placement of the sticker and not being able to read it, i just threw it away. More
My frustration was with the promise of a shuttle ride to work when we dropped off the car. When we scheduled the appointment I was told the shuttle would be available. And after numerous failed attempts to arrange the shuttle to pick me up from work to get my car I had to find a ride on my own again! All this for a recall repair! More
