I liked my service agent Jason. Super nice and great guy! I was doing the 25,000 mile toyota care check-up and waiting for the check-up. It was around 1.5 hours. I think given they were not doing an oil change that it should have been about 30 minutes. As I drove off the lot, and down the road my car started making a loud alert noise. I had to pull over and call them. Apparently the check-up people did not shut my hood properly. So I did that and all was fine. More
I tried to buy a truck from Auto Nation and their process was hard, not friendly, and seemed like they did not care about selling an auto. I ended up buying a truck from another Toyota dealer and now for my 10K check up and oil change, i took to Auto Nation since they are closer to me than the purchase dealer. The appointment took a while to make, but I understood everyone is busy nowadays. Auto Nation offers car wash and when I got the car back, the car was not cleaned although the service person said it was done. This is in inline of what Auto Nation has been over the last couple of years, service is not their thing! More

I had a terrible experience with AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I would not recommend them to anyone, and will not be using their services again. They overcharged me for every single item they repaired. They also charged me for things I did not want, including new tires which I specifically stated I did NOT want. They took off the old tires from the front, and gave me two new tires that matched the ones they removed, and not the new tires on the back of the car that I purchased elsewhere. I am glad I caught this, because they tried to charge me for the new tires, and disposal of the old tires. They also replaced a battery that I was having no problems with, without consulting me. Their representative, Jeremy, was helpful, and got my old tires put back on the car, and took several charges off my total, after I complained and refused to pay. He was patient, and wonderful to work with. However, I still paid far more than I should have, and was very disappointed with their manipulation and dishonest sales tactics. If I hadn't gone over the charges line by line, they would have scammed me out of a lot of money. It also took them over a week to get parts and get my car serviced. They estimated 5 days, and took two days longer, without contacting me or updating me, until I hounded them, calling over and over and complained to a service manager. I understand it takes time to get parts, but not communicating about it when it takes two days longer than they originally told me, is a problem. Not calling me back when I call, is a problem. The only way I saw results was to be very demanding and borderline rude, which I hate. I gave one star for Jeremy, if I could give zero stars for everyone else, I would. More
When I called and explained the situation the receptionist was so kind and helpful and let me know what I needed to do.
