I’ve had excellent service at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I feel like they try very hard to solve any problems that I’m having with my car and to make sure The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. And most importantly I feel like I can trust them to do a good job. They even washed my car! One area needing improvement is scheduling service appointments. I do find it difficult to schedule an appointment. I have been left on hold for a long periods of time (over 10 minutes) before someone answers the calls. Additionally it is difficult to schedule an appointment on the website because you’re limited by what you can schedule. Otherwise I’m very pleased with their service and can highly recommend them.
