My car was emitting a funny noise so I contacted Jezariah DiPaolo at the Toyota dealer. Although I did not have an appointment, Jez said to bring my car in. After a driving test, Jez said that it was the whe DiPaolo at the Toyota dealer. Although I did not have an appointment, Jez said to bring my car in. After a driving test, Jez said that it was the wheel bearing that needed to be fixed. Thankfully, the problem was fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I am thankful to Jez's prompt response to a problem that could have turned into a disaster. Bill was an excellent service repair rep gentleman - nice, easy to talk to and also kept me informed on status of car. The service was great and I trust that my car will be good to go after service. Staff is always pleasant and loved on my puppy!
