Michael Kimbrough did a great job coordinating the repair on my 2014 Toyota PriusV when the inverter system failed and the car had to be towed to the service center. Fortunately the 10 year 150k mile warran on my 2014 Toyota PriusV when the inverter system failed and the car had to be towed to the service center. Fortunately the 10 year 150k mile warranty was still in effect so Toyota covered the over $5,000 repair. The car runs as if nothing happened. Thank you. More
