AutoNation Toyota was really good. I arrived to a friendly staff. I chose to go to AutoNation because the dealer we purchased our car from scammed us. I decided to try AutoNation and f I arrived to a friendly staff. I chose to go to AutoNation because the dealer we purchased our car from scammed us. I decided to try AutoNation and found them to be well organized and wanting to help. The one thing I will say is that even though they had my number, they couldn't reach me and didn't bother to check to see if I was in the waiting area. I was probably there an additional 1 to 2 hours unneccessarily. When I decided to ask about my car they did apologize and got me out the door. More

Working with Mike was wonderful, if he had been the only person that I had to deal with, this would have been 5 stars...He was terrific! We dropped the car off with 3 hubcaps on, and 1 that we asked to hav person that I had to deal with, this would have been 5 stars...He was terrific! We dropped the car off with 3 hubcaps on, and 1 that we asked to have put back on. When we picked up the car, there were no hubcaps on the vehicle, and 2 in the car. When I asked to have them all put back in, they said that we only had 2, and 1 was broken. Mike called David Babcock to talk with me. David was rude, condescending and basically called me a liar. I told him that we had all 4 hubcaps when dropping the car off. He kept insisting to show me the video, which was fine, and it did show the service tech putting a hubcap back on the car, but he couldn't say why all of them were missing when we went to leave. Because of David's rudeness, I will never take my car to be serviced at the dealership again. More

Karyssa Obney helped us on the phone regarding a service issue we had with our employees Sienna. She was able to share the next steps, and we were able to make decisions based on her knowledge. We have a 2022 Toyota Highlander, a 2020 Toyota Camry, a 2019 Toyota C service manager. Bill always treats us the best and Pat always has our back. We have a 2022 Toyota Highlander, a 2020 Toyota Camry, a 2019 Toyota Camry, a 2018 Toyota Highlander, a 2016 Toyota Camry and we drove many other Toyotas before these. We and our 3 girls all drive Toyotas, and we prefer to only deal with Bill when it comes to our 5 Toyotas. Bill and Pat are the reason we keep coming back to Autonation Toyota Arapahoe.
