I have used this dealership for services for multiple fleet cars and my personal Highlander throughout the years without many major issues. However, my fleet car needed some recent major repairs and the fleet cars and my personal Highlander throughout the years without many major issues. However, my fleet car needed some recent major repairs and the part was unavailable for a period of time. However, once the part came in, the repairs were not started immediately. I was told the part came in on Monday and I feel like repairs should have started that day given my car had been at the dealership for over a month. I cannot confirm but I feel like repairs weren't started until Wed or possibly Thu. I had told the dealership the week before the part was expected that I needed the car by Wed. They did not complete the repair until Saturday. I was very disappointed. Then, when I picked up the vehicle it was covered in dust/dirt from being there so long and had not been washed. I also felt I had issues getting updates as it went along and only got an update when it was completed. The Toyota dealership on South Broadway had a tech that previously worked on my car and would send me messages via text with all kinds of updates. More

Service department is excellent. Jez takes great care of me and my car. Went to pick up my car after service closed from sales at reception desk. I had a service appointment on Sept 21 2022. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrive on time. The technician said it would be about 45 mins - 1 hour. I also stated that my tires are all on different PSI level and need to be fill up. I waited inside. About an hour go by I had thought my name was called. So I went outside to check. As I was waiting for my turn to talk to the technician that had checked me in. I turn around and saw my car was just being pulled in to service in to the bay. As that time we were about an hour and 20 mins into the appointment. I mentioned to another service technician that I thought my name was called. Seems like I was mistaken since my car literally just got pulled into the bay. The tech said, we usually are about 90 minutes out (by then its about that time), he looked at his watch and saw Oh, im sorry were running behind. I walked back inside and kept on waiting. not even 10 minutes later I got an auto text from the dealer that my car was ready. which is beyond unbelievable. I came out and stated my concern. How was it my car just got pulled into the bay, and now its ready not even 10 minutes after. The tech stated, oh well we have workers under the bay to do the quick oil change, were quite efficient. At the moment my mileage was 17k, the tech stated that they did the 20k service since it was so close. I made sure to confirm if they did do the tire rotation, oil change and my air tire pressure. After leaving, I pull up my Toyota app and all tires pressure level was not fill up like I had mentioned. The cabin filter was not changed. The maintenance notification on the dash was not turn off. I am beyond curious if the oil was even changed. As they skipped the 15k service but move to 20k, I expected the service to be done. As ive been here for my previous car, and now my current. Got me to question if any of my car was ever been service correctly. More
