I have purchased five vehicles from Autonation Toyota. Customer service has always been wonderful which is why I return. In the last few visits it has not been up to par. I scheduled a service appointment for my daughter’s Corolla last Friday, the 17th at 12:15pm. She attempted to drop it off, but was told an appointment did not exist. Anthony was not very receptive to her and it was not a good experience for her as a 17 year old. It took 3 hours for the vehicle to be completed. If this continues I will look elsewhere for service even before the service agreement is expired. I need to be able to be comfortable sending my daughter to your dealership and know she will get taken care of. More

Made an appointment to replace a tire and they didn’t even have the tire in stock…they let me drop the car off and everything and didn’t say anything. I wasted half a day dropping it off only to have to even have the tire in stock…they let me drop the car off and everything and didn’t say anything.
