Bought 2 RAV4 Hybrids. Forced to pay $349 for “Window Tint” even though vehicles came with factory installed “Privacy Glass”. My wife asked how they could force this upon us, and the response was “Walk away from the deal” we had previously agreed on. One salesmen touted potential Tax Savings, only to be told they no longer existed at closing. Seriously considering filing a complaint with FTC. Salesmen David B. There was a lack of communication about a car rental charges I incurred while my Camry was there for factory recall work. Was told by the service writer the rental would be covered by Toyota. Tired to find out why car rental charges were not completely covered as promised by the service tech by trying to contact service management for 4 days. They would not return any calls. Left several messages asking for call back, no answer. Finally got in touch with management of the dealer to discuss the problem and worked it out. Total lack of communication with service management that would not return calls to discuss my concerns. Lack of explanation of what Toyota would pay for with the car rental by the service tech. Will no longer be buying my Toyotas from any Autonation dealer. More

What a absolutely terrible service experience here. From the get go it was clear that customers were not the priority. Elliot must have been an Army drill sergeant prior to this as he belted out his precanned expectation speech. It was also apparent he was more interested in the pizza maker and his lunch than the customer in front of him as he grabbed us to go, and then proceeded to talk to different people with no apparent reason in mind making us wait an additional 10 minutes. Several hours later, granted this was an easy tire rotation and oil change, I hear NOTHING from my service advisor and call to see what is up. I get transferred to Jeremy’s voicemail and an hour later no call back. At this point it was about 5 hours from drop off and so I called again and had someone slightly more helpful say that they think it might be done. I make it back to the dealer and just like before there’s several people working but none makes eye contact or greet you and it’s apparent you aren’t the priority. The gentleman who helped me said Jeremy didn’t write down or have them check the extra service I had requested and when I indicated. When I explained that this was not a pleasant experience he didn’t seem to care one bit as it must be something they hear far too often. They also lost my keys and had me dig through their key box as some moron has mislabeled the key tag. Overall, a terrible experience where I did not feel valued nor was the price I paid worth the crappy service. Regardless, I won’t ever go back and will make sure to tell anyone I know with a Toyota to avoid this place at all costs. More

This visit was the result of failure to start when the starter button was activated. It was caused by a battery failure, or really two. The second was a new battery I installed from NAPA that appears to have sat on the shelf too long and became defective despite assurances from the salesperson that is was in top condition. I had to be “towed”, at great expense, to AutoNation Arapahoe. They installed a second “new” battery, checked and tested the entire starting system and sent me on way after a very expensive and protracted problem. More
