I was a bot nervous when I showed up for my appointment. Several others waiting to be helped. I was happy to learn Brian still worked at this location and I had specifically asked for him to purchase a RAV4. My second experience went just as good, if not better. I also had a great experience with Carlton, who made life easy for me when signing away on all of the required documentation.
