The staff was professional at first but once the service was done they treated me as if I didn’t exist. I left my card there by accident and the staff was kind enough to notify me. When I went back to retri was done they treated me as if I didn’t exist. I left my card there by accident and the staff was kind enough to notify me. When I went back to retrieve my card I was ignored by the person who serviced me. I don’t mind waiting but he totally ignored my presence. He looked at me, while on another call, and turned away from me. He didn’t even say, “one moment please!” Just utterly ignored me after making eye contact. A simple acknowledgment would have sufficed. Making someone feel ignored and invisible is the fastest way to lose customers. More
