Great service rep, horrible tech. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! I have had my '17 Impreza in 4 different times for the drivers airbag / horn button rattling over hard bumps. Each time DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! I have had my '17 Impreza in 4 different times for the drivers airbag / horn button rattling over hard bumps. Each time they say they never hear the noise, while everyone who rides with me asks "what is that noise?" I had to get Subaru involved and open a case, but this dealer and it's "factory trained tech" seem to not care. I watched the car's location on the Starlink app and the Impreza never moved the entire 6 DAYS it was there! Their paperwork showed only an ending milage also, no beginning. I have a strong feeling it was never driven. This is the first time I've ever had a new car to any dealer and Autonation Subaru west has certainly lived up to my expectations. I will be taking the Impreza to a private professional Subaru repair shop where they know what they are doing and treat people and their cars with respect. More

I purchased a part for my car at this dealership. So I was then on the mailing list and I received a coupon for an oil change for $30. I made an appointment and they asked me what kind of car I had on the phone. I arrived and was told it would be $83 for an oil change because my car takes synthetic oil. They knew what kind of car I had before I ever got there. I stated there was nothing in the very small fine print about synthetic oil being more expensive. The mechanic showed me where it stated that premium oils might cost more. I said premium and synthetic were not synonymous terms. Instead of trying to work with me, he just argued. I spoke with the manager on duty and he just smiled and told me to have a nice day. I will drive an additional 16 miles to get my car serviced. I will never go back there. Bate and switch tactics never appealed to me. More
Dealership was very nice to work with and their rates were better than going to a private service provider. Great job on my car. Would absolutely recommend to friends for sales or service. Awesome dealership. They came recommended by a friend (I'm from out of state) and I was blown away with the service I was given. Very friendly and they even plugged my tire for FREE after I had alrea (I'm from out of state) and I was blown away with the service I was given. Very friendly and they even plugged my tire for FREE after I had already agreed to pay the $16 if it needed it! They said it would take about an hour to complete everything and it was done in 45 minutes! Talked with a senior salesperson while there (Allen?) and I caught a great vibe about him, the dealership, and how they operate. A+++ More
We bought our first subaru about 7 months ago and were very satisfied with the service during our sales process. Last night we had to have our car towed to the dealer as the transmission started to have very satisfied with the service during our sales process. Last night we had to have our car towed to the dealer as the transmission started to have major problems (at only 48,0000 mi). We received the cold shoulder upon dropping our car at the dealer for service. Finally the towing company had to give us a ride home as we do not live near family or friends. This morning we called at the time service was supposed to be open, and two hours later they still "are not answering". The receptionist at the dealer is rude and unhelpful. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service when we need it the most. Every time I call for service appointments or questions they have been helpful, but when you actually need to use the overpriced warranty, the dealer is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealer. They are great at selling the car, but terrible at providing service after the sale. DON'T BE FOOLED! More
