The personnel I dealt with were great. They were very professional and informative. However, I am quite unsatisfied with the outcome. My 2013 Subaru Impreza has 119,356 miles on it. It has been co professional and informative. However, I am quite unsatisfied with the outcome. My 2013 Subaru Impreza has 119,356 miles on it. It has been consuming excessive oil since about 90,000 miles. I have replaced the front and rear catalytic converter and I have been advised that the front cat needs replacing again. The cost of this repair work is $4400 and was described as a band aid. Due to the bad catalytic converter and excessive oil consumption, the tech advised that the engine will need to be replaced shortly after the band aid fix of replacing that catalytic converter. My car misfires and is having difficulty starting. It will sometimes stall when I am at a stop if I do not rev the engine. All in all a very discouraging experience. While I realize that 119,000 is a fare number of miles, it seems quite low for a car that as sold as one that will "run forever." I have always put high grade gas in the car and have had regular oil changes, yet here I am four years and 8 months later in the market for a car. A trade in towards the purchase of one of your pre-owned vehicles would leave me with a better taste for Subaru and AutoNation Subaru West. More

bought the car from this dealership. had my car serviced and tires rotate at this dealership. at 27,000 miles I noticed, not the service department, that my tires were wearing a lot more on the inside of t and tires rotate at this dealership. at 27,000 miles I noticed, not the service department, that my tires were wearing a lot more on the inside of the tire. It appeared to be an alignment problem. I was told by the service manager that they could sell me new tires and then I got one free alignment with my car warranty. Also that the pot holes in the roads were bad and that may have been the cause of the misalignment. Nothing about them not noticing it when the tires were rotated. Will go here for maintenance until warranty is gone then I am gone. More
I received a recall notice. It said the recall service should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day. I brought it in at 9:30am and should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day. I brought it in at 9:30am and was done in 1 1/2 hours. No reason I couldn't have left if for just an afternoon. Also I asked them to change the time on my clock, which they did not do. More
