I couldn’t be happier . Service manager , Ken Clements went the extra mile and got me some financial help from Subaru. My husband has mild dementia and he drained the transmission fluid instead of the oi went the extra mile and got me some financial help from Subaru. Fast service on my CrossTrek for a original problem with the backup camera. It was replaced with a new one under warranty as promised for no cost. It was very easy to schedule the service by phone. I didn’t use the computer interface. The staff was helpful in assisting me to drop the car off after hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
