Had CVT work performed under Subaru extended warranty. We received a loaner because of the warranty, which was essential as the car was in the shop for over a week. We got our car back after the warrenty work plus some additional recommended services were performed and it works fine, the loaner suffered a technical issue on the last day and we received an unprompted discount on the service for the inconvenience. The service advisors were pleasant and we spent minimal time in the service bay which is always good. The car smelled a bit of burning oil when we got it back home, so there must have been some uncleaned oil spillage; I haven't looked under the car for clues, I'll do that when I do the next oil change in a month or so. The smell is going away; it's present but not obnoxious. More

Excellent service department and staff. My only complaint is that they are sooo popular that I have trouble getting an appointment exactly when I want it. The service rep was very helpful in meeting my schedule. I waited for the service and I was out of there on time so that I could make another appointment . The service reps are always professional, friendly and expedient. They take care to explain things well and keep customers apprised of where the techs are at in the process, and if any issues come up that expedient. This is our second Outback from this dealership and we'll keep coming back. Also, the waiting room (and, outside deck) are comfortable and make it easy to distance - very impt. during Covid. More
