I went in for an oil change, which I had scheduled the earliest appointment in the day for. I still waited almost 2 hours for my car to be finished and when I went out to retrieve my car, it was making a earliest appointment in the day for. I still waited almost 2 hours for my car to be finished and when I went out to retrieve my car, it was making a high pitched squealing noise. I drove it for a mile to see if the noise would go away and it didn’t so I returned and was told “oh it’s because you had your engine cleaned, it’s just a belt.” They charged me for that engine cleaning btw and took my car back to the garage so I waited for another 15 minutes while they sprayed some silicone on the belt and then brought my car back telling me everything was fine. The next day when I was driving to work, the noise was worse than it’s ever been. I am now returning to have my car looked at for a third time. More

Their service is great. I have Ken Clements as a service advisor and he is smart. Explains to me what he thinks is wrong and looks at all the problems for my aspect and when I have Ken Clements as a service advisor and he is smart.
