Appointment system was easy to use and opening and I was able to get an opening sooner than expected. Staff greeted me when I arrived and the work was finished in less than an hour. Very helpful & did everything I need done on my car inluding new tires balanced & mounted, alignment & oil & filter changed & checked my gas cap cover which hadn't opened for me the day before. The techs and service staff are first rate. Getting a service appointment is a pain in the sitter downer. It’s hard to get through on the phone and took 20 min this last time to get a call back Getting a service appointment is a pain in the sitter downer.
