Located & fixed problems. . not done in one day was problem for me. The car was taken in at 9:30 am. Work not completed by 5:00 pm. The day before I was leaving for a trip, I suddenly had problems with my keyless entry not locking and the alarm going off each time I opened my car door. I drove to the dealership about an hour or so befo problems with my keyless entry not locking and the alarm going off each time I opened my car door. However, the service person who helped me saw how panicked I was and made sure my car was seen. She then gave me her AutoNation email as a contact in case I had any further issues. I have had three Subarus from this dealership since 2001. It has always met my service needs above and beyond expectations. I would not purchase a car anywhere else and have sent many friends to AutoNation Subaru West fo their vehicles! More
