I’ve used this dealership exclusively for my Subaru maintenance. Always friendly and fair. Last week I went in for break check. I arrived very early for my appointment but Jon happily checked me in, ex maintenance. Always friendly and fair. Last week I went in for break check. I arrived very early for my appointment but Jon happily checked me in, explained the possible repairs, and gave me estimates. I received a call after technician had diagnosed and provided actual costs. The cost was less than I was expecting! A couple hours later, I was notified my Subaru was ready for pickup. Easy! Very pleasant experience. More importantly, I have confidence that my vehicle is safe and running well. More

I regularly bring my car here. Last time I was in was in March and I specifically asked about my brakes because they seemed to be at the end of their life. I was reassured they s Last time I was in was in March and I specifically asked about my brakes because they seemed to be at the end of their life. I was reassured they still had a lot of life left. I was not quite due for my oil change but called early due to my brake concern again. This time I was informed not only the brakes pads were completely gone and all 4 needed replaced but the rotors were completely ruined in the rear and needed resurfacing in the front. Seems unlikely that they could deteriorate that severely in less than 6000 miles and 6 months. I am guessing the mechanic in March did not do his job properly. His error cost me a lot of extra money. I will not be going back because I have lost all trust and faith in their service department. I would only be giving 1 star if that based on my faith in the mechanic. The reason they got 2 was due to the lady at the desk she was good, not great but good. More
