I had an appointment for an oil change and general servicing the lovely young lady that greeted me outside and took the information was very nice and helpful and pleasant. It took 2 1/2 hours for my annual service which was 2 weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. I had tried another number for service and was told it would be 5 weeks weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. Appointment was set for an oil change. Took almost 3 hours. Found a light bulb needed to be replaced. Quoted us the cost and then doubled it after the fact. So service was disappointing.
