I had an appointment for an oil change and general servicing the lovely young lady that greeted me outside and took the information was very nice and helpful and pleasant. I waited while the work was servicing the lovely young lady that greeted me outside and took the information was very nice and helpful and pleasant. I waited while the work was being done and it was finished in about an hour so I was quite happy the gentleman that did the service explained everything that was done including the tire rotation and I was on my way. I shall continue to use this facility! More

It took 2 1/2 hours for my annual service which was 2 weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. I had tried another number for service and was told it would be 5 weeks weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. Appointment was set for an oil change. Took almost 3 hours. Found a light bulb needed to be replaced. Quoted us the cost and then doubled it after the fact. So service was disappointing. Had no idea I was driving into a construction zone. Had to ask about where to go. Pulled into an area but didn't know if I was in the right place. Had to ask someone walking by. Your waiting area used to be a bit more quiet than it is now. I hope employees and cutomers don't mind waiting until sometime in 2023 to get back to their 'home' turf. I asked to speak to the gentleman who does appraisals for damage. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I worked with him earlier this year and he's a 'keeper'. More
