Setting appointment was difficult and agent wanted to delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable. I was very happy with my visit to your dealership to get my car serviced. I didn't know there was construction going on & it was a little confusing (I am 88 years old) but your employees were most helpful my car serviced. One of your employees (wish I had noted his name) said he would get help for me Kyle was most helpful. He helped me get signed in to get my car going & then he took me to the financial dept. to sign up for a special package for oil changes & tire rotations.
