Happy to find a honest service center at a dealership. They have a convenient night drop. My service advisor, Luke Ramstetter, kept me informed about the status of my vehicle repairs. I was very happy with my visit to your dealership to get my car serviced. I didn't know there was construction going on & it was a little confusing (I am 88 years old) but your employees were most helpful my car serviced. I didn't know there was construction going on & it was a little confusing (I am 88 years old) but your employees were most helpful in pointing where to go. One of your employees (wish I had noted his name) said he would get help for me Kyle was most helpful. He helped me get signed in to get my car going & then he took me to the financial dept. to sign up for a special package for oil changes & tire rotations. Then, when my car was done & ready to go, he helped me get on my way. Awesome dealership! More
I really like how easy it is to schedule a service online. It was also helpful to receive a voicemail message reminder of my service appointment.
