I moved out to the west side of town about a year & a half ago & have been bringing my Crosstrek here ever since. They do a great job, all the people are very helpful & friendly and I am always pleased half ago & have been bringing my Crosstrek here ever since. I had an appointment scheduled for 7 am, Luke greeted me right on time, walked me into the building, and confirmed what I was having done to the car I had an appointment scheduled for 7 am, Luke greeted me right on time, walked me into the building, and confirmed what I was having done to the car. Went over the cost upfront. As the team worked on my car Luke was relaying to me where they were and any findings. When I was ready to leave, they walked me out of the building, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend AutoNation Subaru West, as I am now a loyal customer at this location. More

Went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, and the mechanic noticed that my battery terminals had some corrosion, so recommended a quick steam clean. Setting appointment was difficult and agent wanted to delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable. Requested work on car was ok but one issue not addressed w delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable. Costco discount not added to bill until Manager Adam took care of it. Receiving Auto after service: light settings not returned and seating settings also not returned to original position. More
