I moved out to the west side of town about a year & a half ago & have been bringing my Crosstrek here ever since. Went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, and the mechanic noticed that my battery terminals had some corrosion, so recommended a quick steam clean. Setting appointment was difficult and agent wanted to delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable. Requested work on car was ok but one issue not addressed w delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable.
