Communication with the service department was less than ideal. I found myself calling numerous times whether it was calling for an email with the list of issues with my car to finding out when service woul ideal. Further, the time estimate of when I was going to get my car was less than ideal. I gave the service department extra time to complete my car as I was going to be out of town and was told that they needed a few extra days due to lack of mechanics. Again, I wish this was communicated ahead of time so that I could plan accordingly as I was a week without my vehicle. More

I moved out to the west side of town about a year & a half ago & have been bringing my Crosstrek here ever since.
