AutoNation Subaru West has been the best car dealership our family has ever bought cars from. We’ve leased at leased 4 models in the past 5 years from them. Service (oil change/tire rotation/inspection) was satisfactorily completed however I was told vehicle would be ready by 5pm when I dropped it at 9:45am. I arrived at 4:55pm and they let me know vehi satisfactorily completed however I was told vehicle would be ready by 5pm when I dropped it at 9:45am. I arrived at 4:55pm and they let me know vehicle was not quite finished. I waited outside watching the sunset for the next 30 minutes. Seems like a phone call or text telling me to come at 6pm instead of 5pm due to "we were backed up" would have been appropriate. This left me with the impression that the service center time is more important to them then the customer's time. More
