As always, the Service Dept. was ready for me when I drove into the service bay, and I was quickly taken care of by Service Advisor Trent Gilliard. Hello, My experience was very favorable. He kept me informed and and timing was kept as promised. I was disappointed when I went out to the car to leave and it had not been washed or v He kept me informed and and timing was kept as promised. I was disappointed when I went out to the car to leave and it had not been washed or vacuumed. I didn't think to ask for that detail to be done but expected it considering it was there all day. I didn't receive information on the cracked windshield and what it would cost to replace.
