Quick and on point with scheduled appointments. Very professional and polite. Takes some time to get in, however the wait is worth the speedy service trustworthy service. professional and polite. Takes some time to get in, however the wait is worth the speedy service trustworthy service. More
I made an appointment several weeks out. I received at least 7 emails reminding me of the appointment. When I arrived for the service I was welcomed. I explained what needed to be done. They said they would take care of the problem and called for a Uber ride service. I left the car and they did a nice job of repairing the problem. It was a good experience. More
I have had a very bad experience with AutoNation Subaru West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the garage. It started up right away and we drove it for a few miles, charging up the battery. Then it suddenly died on a major street. They put on the jumper cable backwards and fried a fuse that caused the car to die. The dealership had nothing to do with this and they replaced the fuse and charged the battery for NO CHARGE. So, I have a newfound trust in them to handle some issues. More
