We were in the market to purchase a first car for our 17 year old daughter and she picked out a 2018 Crosstrek while my wife's Subaru Forester was being serviced for a recall. My wife and daughter purchase year old daughter and she picked out a 2018 Crosstrek while my wife's Subaru Forester was being serviced for a recall. My wife and daughter purchased the used Crosstrek and once they brought it home we discovered a few issues. Jon our salesman stood behind the sale and said "we'll make it right". After taking the car in, they fixed the problem and detailed the car for us. The service didn't end after the sale and the recovery sometimes means as much as the sale. Great job Jon and Autonation Subaru West! More

My complaint: I made an appointment online thinking it was with Subaru West. It turned out to be Subaru East. Why can't the dealership send a confirmation e-mail on appointment location and time? I was with Subaru West. It turned out to be Subaru East. Why can't the dealership send a confirmation e-mail on appointment location and time? I get e-mails from the dealer for everything else that I have no interest in. More
