I'm usually there for about an hour just to get the oil changed and the car serviced.. They usually come and talk to me in the middle of the while they are doing this. This time no one came to talk to me changed and the car serviced.. They usually come and talk to me in the middle of the while they are doing this. This time no one came to talk to me at all, and after 2 hours I went out to check on it. I was informed they had a meeting in the middle and that's why they were late . It did NOT make me happy! Why did they schedule me and then have a meeting? Plus They usually wash my car when it is serviced and they did not do that this time nor offer me a car wash for down the street. More

Once I was able to get the car appointment the service experience was excellent. The service rep kept me informed, the car was returned clean, and the mechanic did a great job. My experience to communicate prior to the appointment was not stellar! I setup the appointment on line with no issues but I wanted to have a few items added to the service and it took me three days to get someone on the line. I think the dealer should upgrade the appointment system or hire more team members so phones can be manned properly. They would have received a five star rating if it were not for this issue. This is not a one time frustration so I felt it was worth mentioning. One last comment related to the customer waiting area. The dealership has done a nice job setting up a comfortable space for customers. More
